Naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou autoneh\u00f4d bol nespr\u00e1vny sp\u00f4sob jazdy. Konkr\u00e9tne osoby vinn\u00e9 za dopravn\u00fa nehodu predstavuj\u00fa a\u017e 51% obet\u00ed, usmrten\u00fdch pri dopravn\u00fdch nehod\u00e1ch. Pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona o pozemn\u00fdch komunik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch musia by\u0165 v\u0161etci cestuj\u00faci v aute prip\u00fatan\u00ed. Pokia\u013e tak neurobia, mnohon\u00e1sobne zvy\u0161uj\u00fa riziko zranenia pri nehode. U\u017e pri p\u00e4\u0165desiatkilometrovej r\u00fdchlosti je lebka vystaven\u00e1 rovnak\u00e9mu n\u00e1razu ako pri p\u00e1de zo \u0161tvrt\u00e9ho poschodia. N\u00e1sledn\u00e9 mozgolebe\u010dn\u00e9 poranenia zvykn\u00fa by\u0165 \u010dasto smrte\u013en\u00e9.
